摘要
按照电磁力的流动控制功能、流动驱动功能和软接触功能次序,回顾了我国,特别是东北大学在电磁流体力学冶金应用方面研究概况,着重评述了钢包精炼和连铸结晶器过程中电磁流动及相关现象研究进展 展望将来的研究,电磁冶金技术的工业化过程面临高温和磁场条件下多相流参数和材料物性数据测量和复杂的三维。
According to the function sequence of the flow control, flow driving and soft contact of the electromagnetic force in steelmaking, the studies on metallurgical application of magnetohydrodynamics in China, especially in Northeastern University are summarized and presented. The research progress of magneto-hydrodynamic flow and its related phenomena in ladle refining and continuous casting processes are emphatically reviewed. In the future, the industrialization of electromagnetic force application faces the challenge of the following problems such as the parameter measurement of the multiphase fluid flows, the data of materials physical properties, and the modeling of transient and three-dimensional magneto-hydrodynamic flow at high temperature.
