摘要
总结临床使用直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ’错拔牙病例的疗效 ,操作要领和注意事项。方法 对 2 5例年轻恒牙安氏Ⅱ’错采用拔除 4 44 4进行直丝技术矫治。结果 2 5例患者平均年龄 1 3 .4岁 ,平均矫治时间 2 4 .5个月 ,矫治完成后均达到理想的侧面外形 ,磨牙关系由Ⅱ类改为Ⅰ类关系。前牙覆覆盖正常 ,尖窝关系良好 ,尖牙成Ⅰ类关系。矫治前后头影测量显示ANB角由平均 5 .5°± 2 .1°改正为 3 .1°± 1 .3°,代表面部软组织侧面外形的Z角由 60 .5°± 5 .6°改变为 77°± 5 .8° ,代表上下颌矢状关系的AO -BO距离由 (6 .5± 2 .3)mm改为 (3 .1± 1 .1 )mm。结论 直丝弓技术矫治Ⅱ’错 ,临床效果良好 ,椅旁操作时间短 。
Objective:clinical effect,operational key and precaution to the straight wire orthodontic treatment of Angle Ⅱ'malocclusion are discussed in the article. Methods:25 patients of Angle Ⅱ'malocclusion were corrected by extrecred[BHDWG1,WK1*2,K1*2W]44[BHDG1,WK1*2,K1*2W]44. Results:25 patients average corrective time were 24.5 months and average ages were 13.4 years. After correction all patients were attached ideal profile. Occlusion relation was changed from Angle Ⅱ to Angle Ⅰ. ANB angle changed from 5.5°±2.1° to 3.1°±1.3°.Z angle changed from 60.5°±5.6° to 77°±5.8°.AO-BO distance changed from 6.5±2.3mm to 3.1±1.1mm. Conclusions:This revealed that the straight wire orthodontic treatment of Angle Ⅱ' malocclusion have clinical effect and short operative time.It's worth using and developing.
