摘要
正视市场缺失,推动信用建设,是中国经济发展的当务之急。本文不仅指出市场缺失的危害,而且提出推动信用建设的理论根据,并对当前治理市场信用缺失提出一些实质性的意见,有一定的参考价值。
It is urgent to face the market default and to speed up credibility construction. This thesis points out that
market default is harmful and puts forth the principle of speeding up credibility construction, the hard measure of han-
dling the present market default, which is indeed helpful.
