摘要
高校教师管理改革应在一个较长的时间内,充分借鉴国际同行和国内相关行业改革的经验和教训,不断改进和完善现有的高校管理体系,实现教师管理水平的提高,并最终推动我国高校的整体全面发展。
The departments concerned should learn experience from international universities in management reform of teachers in higher learning and should consummate management system continuously to raise management level so as to promote overall development of China's education.
