摘要
介绍曾经存在于大颗粒尿素造粒装置的不利于HSE管理的主导因素 ,对清洗方式作改进的措施及予以削减和改善的原则、方案 ,对改造前具体现状和改造后所达到的实际效果进行分析对比 。
This paper presents the main factors that used to be unfavorable to HSE manage- ment of large granule urea granulation plant,the principles and programs of reducing these factors by improving washing measure,as well as the comparison and analysis of the specific situation before the revamp and the practical results after it.The objective evaluation of the necessity and significance for carrying out the revamping project is also concerned.
