摘要
对华钢采购系统的业务重组进行了初步的分析 ,对华钢材料和备件采购系统的现状及可整合方面进行了初步探讨。同时借鉴国外大公司的成功经验 ,提出了对材料和备件采购系统整合方面的建议。内容包括 :现状分析、优缺点比较和相关建议 ,意欲为相关的组织者和管理者提供一些参考 ,使整合后的采购管理系统更趋合理。
The writer analyzes the restructuring of purchasing system of Hua Steel Mill, and studies on the existing system and how it can be restructured. The writer raises his own opinions and suggestion according to his several-year experience on purchasing management and study on the successful experiences of foreign companies. This assay is divided into three parts: analysis of the existing system, comparison of the strengths and disadvantages and suggestion, intend to give some reference to the organizers and managers and make the restructured system efficient.
