摘要
村民自治存在选民资格界定、贿选、村两委之间的矛盾等问题。其解决路径:村民资格认定以居住地为原则;要落实村民会议职权;切实解决好"两委"关系;发展壮大集体经济;搞好社会配套改革。
Problems such as quality-fixation of the villagers, electing bribery and contradictiom between the two committees of villager autonomy.the Solution to the problem of Villagers' quality-fixation is based on their residence, for the other problems to be solved the electimg right, relation between the two committees, development of the collective economy and the correspondent social reforms should be made correct first.
