摘要
以省内主要栽培粳稻品种(品系)为研究对象,用活体菌株接种法进行水稻品种稻瘟病抗性鉴定,在人为控制的田间小气候下,建立了一套发病系数高、简便实用、病圃容量大、鉴定结果可靠性强的稻瘟病鉴定方法。通过几年的抗性鉴定,鉴定筛选出了一批利用价值较高的种质资源和新品系,为加速实施水稻良种化工程奠定了基础。
The rice blast vaccine inoculation method was adopted to identify the blast resistance of rice varieties (lines) cultivated in Heilongjiang province. The field microclimate was artificially controlled in order to create a set of measure of higher incidence of rice blast, easier operation, bigger capacity of nursery and reliable identification result. In the last fewer years, we screened a batch of germplasm with higher value of application, systemic material with well resistance and few varieties.
