摘要
“坚持以人为本 ,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观 ,促进经济社会和人的全面发展” ,是“十六届三中全会决定”的一个明显亮点 ,是实施执政兴国的第一要务和全面建设小康社会的迫切需要。“五个统筹”既是落实科学发展观的关键 ,也是经济、政治、文化协调发展的基本内容。
We must persist in taking man as the foundation and cultivate overall, co-ordinated and sustainable development outlook so as to promote the overall development of economy, society and man.“That is one of important points of “Resolution”, which was passed in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee. It is also essential for the CPC as the ruling party to implement the first important mission and to build a well-off society of higher standard in an all-round way.“Five Overall Considerations” are not only the key of implementing scientific development outlook, but also the basic contents of co-ordinated development of economy, politics and culture.
