摘要
目的:研究氯丙烯对脊髓神经元细胞形态的影响。方法:取新生4d Wistar大鼠的脊髓,原代培养12d后氯丙烯染毒,用相差显微镜观察脊髓神经细胞的形态变化。结果:随氯丙烯浓度的增加,脊髓神经细胞贴壁细胞数目减少,细胞突起变短、断裂成串珠状,最后破碎消失。给论:氯丙烯具有神经毒性,可引起脊髓神经细胞形态学改变和死亡。
Objective:To study the morphologic change of spinal cord neurons treated with
allyl chloride(AC).Methods: Spinal cord,collected from nascent Wistar rats,were treated with AC for
24 hours,then their morphologic changes were observed with phase contrast microscope.Results: With
the increase of AC concentration,the number pf spinal cord neurons were decreased,and the protuber-
ances were shortened,broken,and disappeared.Conclusion:AC can induce morphologic change and
death of spinal cord neurons for its neurotoxicity.
