摘要
分析了对谐振式科氏质量流量传感器工作稳定性和可靠性影响较大的四种干扰因素 :内部耦合振动、非线性振动、流体脉动和安装应力的影响途径 ;给出了改善或抑止这些干扰因素影响的思路与措施。初步试验研究表明 :得到的研究结果与提出的技术措施具有较好实用效果 。
The operating stability and reliability of the Coriolis mass flowmeter are influenced by four disturbance factors such as internal coupling vibration, nonlinear vibration, pulsating flow and fitted stresses, are investigated. And the influencing ways and the improving measures are analyzed. Some initiatory testing results show that the investigation and related results obtained are of significance to improve the performance of the mass flowmeter.
