摘要
以DPPC/DPPG、DPPC/DOPG、DPPC/DMPA三组二元混合物为对象 ,制备了相应的单分子膜 ;并测定其表面压—分子平均面积 (π—A)曲线 ,运用表面热力学原理对其进行分析 ,建立了过量自由能与表面压、组成等参数之间的函数关系式。实验数据及计算结果表明 ,该关系式能定量描述双组分单分子膜在舒张 压缩循环过程中的“挤出”
The binary mixture monolayers which were made of DPPC/DPPG, DPPC/DOPG, DPPC/DMPA, were prepared with the 150 mmol Nacl solution as the baseliquid. The surface pressure~area (π—A) isotherms of the monolayers were measured by the membrane balance with high accuracy under different tempreture. An equation was established to describe the relationship between excess Gibbs energy and the surface pressurp, area and molecule constitute. From the experimental data, it was showed that the equation could describe the “squeeze-out” phenomenon on the binary mixture monolayer during the expanded-condensed respiratory circulation.
