摘要
《江苏图书馆学报》于2000年发表了作者的《我国的省(自治区、市)图书馆是研究图书馆》一文。主要回答50多年来,省(自治区、市)图书馆所走的是一条以为科学研究服务为主要任务之路,所以必须是研究图书馆的问题。本文是其续篇,集中探讨了把省馆建成研究图书馆的必然性。
The author for this thesis published another paper named 'The Provincial Libraries In China Are Research Libraries' in the year of 2000, and illustrated in it that the existing mission of provincial or municipal libraries was mainly for the sake of scientific research during the past 50 years. This thesis is a sequel, which concentrating on the inevitability that the provincial libraries should be research libraries.
