摘要
用硫酸亚铁将菊酯生产废水中的高浓度CN-沉淀为Fe2 [Fe(CN) 6],经曝气后转化为溶解度更小的Fe4[Fe(CN) 6]3 铁蓝沉淀。沉淀物用氢氧化钠处理转化为黄血盐钠 ,经重结晶得Na4[Fe(CN) 6]·1 0H2 O ,所得产品的各项指标达到国标GB 6 70 8— 86一级品的要求。
The high-enriched cyanogen in pyrethrin wastewater was precipitated in the form of ferrous ferrocyanide(Fe 2) by ferrous sulfate,then the ferric ferrocyanide(Fe 4 3),iron blue precipitation with less solubility was formed by means of aeration.The precipitation was transformed to sodium ferrocyanide with the treatment of sodium hydroxide,and its crystalline hydrate(Na 4·10H 2O) was obtained by recrystallization.Each item of product obtained came up to primary standard consulting GB6708-86.
