摘要
本文报道在8具成年尸体的113条脊神经前根中,见到神经细胞383个。这些神经细胞仅分布于30条前根中,而83条前根未发现神经细胞。神经细胞弥散地分布于前根各处,以邻近脊神经节的前根远侧端较多,大都以单个形式出现,偶尔有2~3个排列在一起。前根细胞的大小、形态、尼氏颗粒的分布,以及有完整的卫星细胞包被等特点,皆类似于脊神经节细胞。两者可能属于同一范畴。就前根细胞出现的可能和意义及其年龄变化进行了讨论。
Spinal ventral roots of 8 adults were examined. Eight pairs of spinal ventral roots were cut off from 8 adult cadavers including the following segments: C_5, C_6, T_7, T_8, L_3, L_4, S_1, and S_2. Serial longitudinal sections were prepared and stained with Nissl's method. The preseence of sensory neurons were recorded and their number were counted. The results were as follows: There were altogether 383 cells found in 30 spinal roots, and no cell in 83 roots. The minimal number was 12 cells in №7 and the maximal number was 85in №6. The nerve cells were scattered all over the spinal ventral root from its attachment to the spinal cord to its junction with the dorsal root. More cells were found in its distal extremity close to the spinal ganglion. They appeared singly, in groups of two or three. They were usually distributed among the nerve fibers, or around the blood vessels, or beneath the long axis paralleling the course of nerve fibers. Nissl granules were evenly distributed in cytoplasm. They were different in slze,ranging from 15 to 60 am. There were 184 cells (48%) more than 30-50μm, 190 cells (49.6) less than 30μm, which accounted 97.6% of the total cell population.
