摘要
对我国城市生活垃圾分类收集和废品回收利用状况进行了评估,比较了我国与发达国家废纸的回收情况以及垃圾中其他成分,介绍了德国、美国垃圾分类收集情况,从而提出我国生活垃圾分类收集在厨余垃圾、家庭有毒有害垃圾和包装垃圾三个方面有待突破,垃圾收费需要充分考虑实际条件才能推行。最后对垃圾分类收集进行了经济分析。
Sorted collection and reclamation status of municipal urban waste in China were estimated,waste paper reclamation and other waste components in our country and developed countries were compared,sorted collection in Germany and America were introduced,breakthroughs of urban waste sorted collection in China should made in three respects:kitchen residual,household toxic and harmful waste and package waste,practical condition should be fully considered to implement waste charging.Finally,the economic analysis of waste sorted collection was made out.
