摘要
企业岗位评价最常用的方法有排序法、分类法、因素比较法和评分法四种,这四种方法在企业中得到了一定应用,但由于人们对岗位评价认识上的误区、评价方法的复杂性以及权力过度运作等原因,效果不是很理想。本文认为,层次分析法对全面合理选择岗位评价要素,正确地确定评价要素的权重,准确把握岗位的相对价值等具有特殊的量化技术优势。本文还提出了层次分析法在岗位评价中应用模型的设计思路。
In this paper the author analyzes advantages and drawbacks of those position assessment methods commonly used in enterprises, and suggests that AHP has its advantage in the light of selecting position assessment factors comprehensively and reasonably,of determining weights of assessment factors,and of deciding comparative value of different positions preciously.In the end the author gives his thinking on designing the assessment model.
