摘要
应用多重逐步回归对842颗成人牙齿结构变化测量法,分级法和对数转换数据进行分析研究,从而推导出利用单颗牙齿推断年龄方程,根据适用范围和牙齿类型的不同,从实验组得到的方程推断年龄的估计标准误分别为2.4～5.6岁,各方程测试于考核组标本时,估计的标准设分别为1.9～5.4岁,提高了利用单颗牙齿推断年龄的准确性和可靠性,对数转换对提高年龄复相关系数和减少推断年龄的估计的标准误有显著意义。
The multiple stepwise regression analyses on the data of dental structure changes have been carried out to get the equations for estimating individual age from single tooth. It indicated that the standard error of estimate ranged from 2.4~5.6 years in the experimental sample, and l.9~5.4 years on the examination sample. The result of the study showed that the method combining direct measurement with Image Analyzer, scoring system, and logarithmic transformation was helpful in improving the accuracy of age determination from single tooth.
