摘要
采用人骨髓巨核祖细胞体外半固体培养技术,观察14例次Ⅱ型登革病毒(D_2V)对巨核祖细胞集落(CFU-MK)生长的影响,与对照组进行比较,显示D_2感染组CFU-MK产率明显减少,经统计学处理差别有非常显著意义,从而证实在体外D_2V能抑制巨核祖细胞增殖。这提示登革出血热病人的出血和血小板减少与巨核细胞受该病毒抑制有关。
The human marrow megakaryocyte culture technique was used to detect the effect of Dengue-2 virus on colony forming unit-megakaryocyte (CFU-MK) growth 14 cases in vitro. In dengue-2 virus group showed significant suppression in CFU-MK growth as compared to normal control. It suggests that the hemorrhage and thrombocytopenia observed in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever be due to the inhibition of megakaryocyte by the virus.
