摘要
FF16催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院研制的新型高活性加氢裂化预处理催化剂,具有金属分散性好,孔体积和比表面积较大,堆密度适中等特点。中小型加氢装置的评价结果表明,FF16加氢裂化预处理催化剂活性稳定性好,加氢脱氮活性明显高于当前国内外工业上广泛使用的同类催化剂。
FF 16, the newly developed catalyst in Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals, is a highly active pre hydrotreating catalyst characterized by high dispersion of active metal, higher surface area, larger pore diameter and moderate bulk density. The laboratory and pilot plant evaluations showed that the said catalyst possessed high activity as well as good stability, its denitrogenation activity was obviously higher than those of the widely used same type catalysts home and aboard.
