摘要
介绍了洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所开发的FCC汽油非临氢吸附脱硫(LADS)工艺脱硫吸附剂LADSA相配套脱附剂LADSD的评选及开发过程。脱附剂LADSD能有效地将吸附在吸附剂LADSA上的硫化物脱附掉。吸附饱和了的吸附剂LADSA能够在短时间内被脱附剂LADSD有效再生,恢复其吸附活性。LADSD脱附剂不仅能有效脱附吸附剂上吸附的杂质,而且有较强的溶解杂质能力,并能使吸附剂长期使用仍保持稳定的脱硫效率,其基本性质与新鲜剂相当。
Evaluation and exploitation of desorption agent LADS D for FCC desulfurization by adsorption process without the presence of hydrogen, namely LADS, developed by Refining Research Institute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company were introduced. The said desorption agent could effectively desorb the sulfur compounds adsorbed by the adsorbent LADS A. The deactivated adsorbent could be regenerated rapidly and resumed its activity completely by the said desorption agent. The said desorption agent could not only desorb the adsorbed impurities but could also dissolve them. The desorbed adsorbent could long time serve and maintain the desulfurization rate and its performance was equal to the fresh one.
