摘要
干燥白毛藤全草经粉碎、乙醇脱脂后,残渣用热水提取得到2种多糖SL-1、SL-2,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法测定其分子量.生物免疫活性实验证明:白毛藤多糖SL-1、SL-2均在体外具有明显提高正常小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞免疫活性的作用,其中SL-2的作用要强于SL-1.另外,SL-1对正常小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞的作用在40~80μg/mL达到峰值,而SL-2在80~120μg/mL达到峰值,且均与用药时间成正比.
After crushing and removing lipids from the hay of Solanum lyratum Thunb by ethanol, two polysaccharides (SL-1,SL-2) were extracted with hot water from the residue. Their molecular weights were determined by GPC method. The biological immunocompetent experiment indicated that it is evident for the two polysaccharides to improve thymus lymphocyte immunocompetence of natural small rats. The effect of SL-2 is better than SL-1. In addition, the effect of SL-1 reaches to peak value at 40—80 μg/mL,and the effect of SL-2 reaches to peak value at 80—120 μg/mL. They are all directly proportional to the using time of medicine.
