摘要
从参考服务产生之初的四大职能入手,分析参考服务模式的价值评价指标,得出的结论是:参考服务模式的选择要符合图书馆服务的用户群的实际需要。
The research of reference modes have been fixed on in the last few years. This paper begins with four prime functions of initial reference service and analyzes the value evaluation index of reference modes, and draws up a conclusion that the modes of reference service should meet the needs of libraries users.
