摘要
指出图书馆事业发展的关键在于做好文献信息资源的建设与共享,建议尽快制定我国国家图书馆法、地方及行业图书馆法规,使我国的文献信息资源共建共享持续向前发展。
The key of the library development lies in the construction and sharing of document information resources. Without legislation's ensuring, it is very difficult for the library to successfully fulfill the construction and sharing of document information resources. Therefore the national law for the library, local or professional rules for the library should be made as soon as possible, in order to realize sustained development of the construction and sharing of document information resources.
