波纹龙虾早期叶状幼体摄食与饥饿的研究 被引量:10

摘要 波纹龙虾早期叶状幼体在正常摄食条件下,经过69d培育能够顺利发育,蜕皮8次.早期叶状幼体在饥饿条件下的培养结果表明:初孵叶状幼体耐饥饿能力较强,完全饥饿192h,仍有存活的幼体;推迟投饵24~36h,幼体可发育变态至下一期,并且对其生长无明显影响.初孵幼体饥饿120h后,虽然具有摄食能力,但不能正常变态.叶状幼体摄食卤虫幼体时间达60h后,即使不再投喂饵料,叶状幼体仍可依靠体内蓄积的能量,变态到下一期,但是变态率比较低.间断投饵对于幼体的变态期的存活也有一定的影响. In normal condition,the growth of P.homarus phyllosoma can develop and metamorphose to No.Ⅷ after being fed 69 days.The result of the study on the growth,development,ingestion and survival under the condition of starvation show that they have a high ability in bearing starvation.After 192h of complete starvation,there is still survival Phyllosoma.Delaying the feeding time about 24-36 h,there is no obvious influence on the growth of phyllosoma and their metamophosis process could remained normally. After 120 h of complete starvation,the phyllosoma could feed still,but they have lost the ability of metamorphosis.When the phyllosoma store up more enough of nutrition,after had been fed about 60 h,their metamorphosis process could finish normally,even though without feeding anything.But there is a low percent of metamorphosis.According to effect of intermittent feeding,it shows that there is an obvious influence in metamorphosis being special ingestion period,metamorphosis period generally.The results of these observations may provide some referential meaning on the study of lobsters basic biology, artificial breeding and improving the survival rate of artificial breeding.
