摘要
回顾、分析了国内外对心身疾病的研究进展 ,指出在心身疾病的研究方面存在以下问题 :①对病因、发病机理研究较多 ,对治疗研究相对不足 ;②由于毒副作用的存在 ,化学药物治疗尚未完全被接受 ;③心理学、中医学对心身疾病的研究还处于各自为政阶段 ,彼此沟通不够。基于以上原因 ,心身疾病临床疗效尚不能令人满意。对心身疾病的探讨必须与整个社会文化背景、民族特征密切联系 ,在这方面 ,中医学积累了丰富的经验和认识。
This paper reviews and analyzes the research progress of psychosomatic disease, and presents following problems: paying more attention on its causes and pathogenesis and less attention on its treatment; incomplete acceptance of the chemical treatment for its toxic and side effects; respective research of psychology and Chinese medicine, with unsatisfactory results. Psychosomatic disease research should lay stress on the social cultural background and national characteristics, and Chinese medicine accumulates abundant knowledge and experience in this respect.
