摘要
经过量阶分析,本文导出了铝电解槽稳恒流动的简化方程,从而求出槽内电磁流动的基本图象以及感应电场电磁力对基本流动的修正.垂直磁场对水平流动的衰减作用清楚地显示出来,铝液表面隆起现象也得到了合理的描述和解释.
This paper tackled the complex problem of waves and stability of the flowin a Hall-Heroult Cell and came to some important and practical conclusions, forexample, the metal pad instability can be improved by some means such as increa-sing the electromagnetic-gravitational acceleration and decreasing the radius ofcirculation, the anode/cathode short circuit and the aluminium spout is a disco-ntinuous solution of the basic equations and can be prevented, etc.
