80年代中期以后,以区域经济一体化为标志的经济国际化成为现时代国际经济运行趋势。在此背景下,我们要进一步发展对外开放。其大脉络是:以浦东开发为契机,加快沿海沿江开放开发;建立北方经济特区群,发展“四沿开放”;扩大“无形贸易”,提高经济整体开放度;构建“大中华经济圈”;加快企业国际化。
Economic internationalization marked with the unitization of regional economy is thetrend of modern world economy since the middle of 1980's. To ride the wave, the threads ofthought about opening further to the outside are: take the development of Pudong as a turn-ing point to further develop coast and riverside areas; set up special economic group zones inthe north, facilitate 'the four-along' open strategy;expand 'invisible trades', enhance thewhole openness of the economy; form 'the great China economic sphere'; accelerate enter-prise internationalization.
