摘要
目的 :总结重、危重型毒蛇咬伤的疗效。方法 :采用以抗蛇毒血清为主要治疗方法 ,积极防治并发症等实用技术。结果 :本组病人全部治愈。结论 :抗蛇毒血清是一种目前没有任何药物可以替代的治疗毒蛇咬伤的特效首选药 ,抗蛇毒血清使用的技巧取决于医生的临床经验。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect on heavy and dangerous bite by poisonous snake.Methods:Treating mainly by anti-snake-poison serum, preventing and curing its complex syndrome.Results: All patients were cured. Conclusion:Anti-snake-poison serum is a most specially effective medicine on bite by poisonous snake, which could not be taken the place by any others. How to effectively using anti-snake-poison serum is decided by doctors' clinical experience.
