心脏直视术后胸腔引流血中性白细胞凋亡与回输的影响

摘要 目的　测定胸腔引流血中性粒细胞凋亡 ,以了解胸腔引流血回输对人体的影响。方法　随机选择心脏直视手术后 1 0名患者 ,分别于术后 4～ 6h采集胸腔引流血 1 0ml,同时取该病人动脉血 1 0m1 ,另取 1 0份库血 ,每份1 0ml,测定中性粒细胞DNALadder,AnnexinV和Capase 3。 结果　DNALadder测定显示胸腔引流血DNA含量比循环血高 ,但比库血低 ;AnnexinV测定显示胸腔引流血其值高于库血和循环血 ;Capase3活力测定显示胸腔引流血Capase3活力接近库血 ,明显高于循环血。 结论　胸腔引流血中性粒细胞凋亡增强 ,从而对肺部影响小于库血和循环血。
