摘要
针对如何贯彻以德治国方略提出看法:一是以德治国重在建设;二是德治具体实施途径阐述,包括以德治国思想基础的确立、社会主义市场经济体系是以德治国的体制基础,还要大力加强公民的道德教育和实践、以德治国希望和信心在青年一代等.
Two ideas on the implementation of 'administering the state with moral'are put forward.first,the construction of its procedure shonld be made according to the characters of moral administration.Second,the elaboration of the exact implemention way is qiven which includes as follows:setting up the ideological foundation of moral administration on the basis of sociatist market economy,streng thening civic moral education and practice and putting the hope and faith of moral administration the young generation.
