药根碱的分子结构和晶体结构测定 被引量:3

摘要 药根碱(Jatrorrhizine)的分子式为C_(20)H_(20)NO_4·Cl.属单斜晶系,空间群C_(2h)~5—P21/n,晶胞参数a=7.735,b=12.615,c=20.218,β=95.02°,晶胞内分子数Z=4,计算密度Dc=1.359克/厘米~3.用CAD_4四圆衍射仪收集数据,用直接法中的尝试方法获得了正确的结构.参数结构经最小二乘法修正,对令部独立可观察点R=0.058.最后对尝试法应用于微量天然有机产物的几个问题作了分析. The molecular formula of Jatrorrhize is C_(20)H_(20)NO_4.Cl.the crystalbelongs to monoclinie system,with space group P21/n(2_h^5).The cell dime-nsions are a=7.735(?),b=12.615(?),c=20.218(?)and β=95.02°.Four mol=ecules are contained in unit cell(Z=4).Intensity data were colleced on aCAD_4 four circle diffractomenter.The correct structure solution was obtained by trial procedure in theDirect method.The paraments were accurated by least square refinement,the final R value was 0.058 for all observed reflections.And finemenklly,some discussion for trial procedure was performed.
