摘要
企业信息化是提高企业产品竞争力的必由之路。现从技术和管理的多个层面深入地探讨企业信息化的内涵 ,并从企业的T、Q、C、S、企业产品结构调整和企业产品技术含量等八个方面阐述信息化带动工业化所产生的成效。针对如何确保企业信息化项目实施的问题 ,从指导思想、企业诊断、企业经营过程重组和实现的技术思路等方面详细地分析了在该项目实施过程中如何有效避免或降低风险的问题。最后 ,通过事例说明了企业信息化的重要性 ,并指出了国内认识上的不足 ,从观念和方法的层面上提出了“五要”和“四不要” ,以解决避免风险、快速持续发展的问题。
The project, which is enterprise information technology, is necessary to enhance competition capacity of products. The connotation of enterprise information technology from the aspects of technology, management and the effects that brought from IT driving industrialization is presented. With respect to the problem presented above, this text solved how to reduce and avoid risk factors from the guideline, enterprise diagnose and enterprise manage course reform etc. This text point out that enterprise information technology is very important through some instances, and that there are some faults in our minds at home. At last, the author put forward the idea, which is “five necessary” and “four unnecessary”, so we can solve the problem that how effectively avoid risk factors and how quickly and insistently develop economy.
