摘要
说明了远程数字视频监控和识别技术的现状、应用及发展方向,阐述了其在电力系统应用中的前景,介绍了其系统组成,研制并实现了对电源和通信设备的信号灯、指针和7段数字灯进行监控和识别告警功能。
The present situation,application and development of the remote digital video monitoring and recognition technology are introduced in this paper.Its system composition and prospect application in the electric power system are given. The recognition and automatic alert function of the signal lights,pointers of meter and digital light of 7 segments are realized in the power supply and communication equipment.
