摘要
目的 探讨子宫内膜冷冻治疗子宫异常出血 (AUB)的效果 ,影响疗效的因素及冷冻对神经内分泌的影响。方法 对 12 3例 AUB患者行子宫内膜冷冻治疗 ,冷冻温度 - 80℃、- 6 0℃ ,时间 6分钟、4分钟。术后观察月经和相关激素水平。结果 术后 2 9例闭经 ,79例月经量显著减少或恢复至正常月经量 ,有效率 87.80 %。垂体 -性腺轴及其相关激素中除睾酮 (T)在术后略有升高 ,其余各激素治疗前后无显著性差异 ,P均 >0 .0 5。结论 深低温冷冻治疗 AUB疗效明显 ,对患者神经内分泌调节不产生明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic evaluation,the neuroendocrine influence of cryotherapy in treating abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB ).Methods 123 patients with AUB were treated by cryotherapy of endometrium.The temperature of cryotherapy were -60℃ and -80℃. The time of cryotherapy were four minutes and six minutes .The menstrual flow and hormones were tested .Resuluts 29 cases were amenorrhoea ,79cases diminished reduced or normal menstrual flow .The effective rate was 87.80%.The hypothalamic -pituitary -ovarian axis was no statistical difference between before and after treatment ,except the level of TT after treatment was higher than before treatment .Conslusion Low temperature therapy has distinguished effective in treating AUB and it has no significant effect on neuroendocrine adjustment.
