摘要
本文观察了花药诱导的烟草单倍体植株大孢子母细胞减数分裂和胚囊发育过程,发现减数分裂各个时期染色体行为均出现异常,如染色体粘连、纺缍体弯曲、中期Ⅱ时纺缍休互成角度、落后染色体及微核等.从二分体时期开始,即出现程度不同的解体.只有个别胚囊可能发育到二核至四核阶段而后退化,完全没有观察到八核及以后的发育时期.可见,烟草单倍体植株大孢子母细胞减数分裂过程出现大量异常现象,导致雌配子体在二分体至四核胚囊期间败育.
The meiosis of MMC and process of embryo sac(ES)development inN.tabacum L.haploid plants of induction by anther were reported inthis paper.The abnormality of meiotic division,appears as that there arestickes with various degrees in pachytene and diakinesis.At the metap-hase I,univalent scattered in cytoplasm,or partial chromosomes concentrate on the plate,at times spindle bend to a sickle,At the anaphase I andtelophase I,lagging chromosomes and micronuclei were often discovered.At the anaphase Ⅱ and telophase Ⅱ,chromosomal bridge and micronucleiwere also discovered.At the dyad stage two cells already begin to deg-enerate for various degrees.Development of the tetrad and functionalmegaspore has also stopped and degenerated.Individual ES might developto four—nucleate stage,but later on it degenerated.After eight nucleatestage,further development of ES were not observated.Because of abnom-ality of meiosis,female gametophyte has abortived at dyad—four nucleateES.
