摘要
通过23只成人尸体手掌解剖研究,证实以第2指掌侧总动脉及伴行指掌侧总神经为共蒂的中指尺侧和环指桡侧的双岛状皮瓣修复拇指脱套性软组织缺损的可行性,并临床应用16例修复拇捐掌指关节以远的软组织缺损,修复后的外形及功能均令人满意。
This article reports the clinical application of double island flaps from the middle and ring fingers for the repair of soft tissue defects of the thumb in 16 cases and the results of the study in applied anatomy with 23 palms from adult cadavers.The double island flaps based on the pedicle of the second digital palmar common artery and the associated digital palmar common nerves have proved to be suitable materials for the repair of the soft tis- sue defects of the thumb.The method is applicable to the defects of soft tissue distal to the MP joint of the thumb.The repaired thumb is considered to have satisfactory contour and function.
