摘要
对8例两性畸形的病人进行整形治疗,其中男假两性畸形5例。女假两性畸形3例,根据患者与家属的愿望予以性别整形,性别重建为男性或女性者各4例.获得了较满意的效果。重点介绍了整形手术方法,并就诊断、性别选择,手术设计和时机等进行了讨论.
The paper introduced the method of plastic surgery for pseudo-hermaphroditism in 8 pa- tients.Which sex would the patient be finally in should only be determined by the desire of the patient and the patient's a family. The results were satisfactory.The technique and problems involved in the operative procedure are discussed.
