摘要
介绍用饲菌加肠系膜上动脉不全阻断的方法,观察实验犬肠缺血——再灌流所导致的肝,肺功能改变与血浆及组织内 MDA 含量的关系。结果证实,实验组动物肠缺血——再灌流后血浆及肝、肺组织内 MDA 含量明显升高,并伴有肺,肝功能的明显损害。该结果提示:肠缺血——再灌流导致了机体脂质过氧化反应的明显增强;肠缺血——再灌流后肝,肺功能损伤可能与其组织内 MDA 含量的增加有关.
The portal circulation was reduced to 50% for one hour by partially occluding the superior mesentoric artery,and the relationship between the changes in malondialdehyde (MDA) and multiple organ damage was studied.The results showed that there was a marked change in hepatic enzymology,with MDA values significantly elevated in serum and lung and liver tissues after the reperfusion when compared with controls.These results suggested that lipid peroxi- dation initiated by free oxygen radicals played an important role in the multiple organ damag- es,and the extent of organ damage was closely correlated with the contents of MDA in tissues.
