摘要
利用NiTi超弹性丝的大应变和电特性性能 ,作为结构健康监测的应变传感元件。将一定规格的NiTi超弹性丝埋入玻璃纤维 /环氧树脂复合材料结构中 ,制作了实验构件 ,设计了具体的实验方法 ,研究了基于NiTi超弹性丝的复合材料结构冲击响应监测技术。冲击实验表明 ,通过实时监测超弹性传感元件的信号输出 ,可判断结构的受载位置、受载程度及结构产生的应变情况。
NiTi superelastic wire possesses large strain and special property of strain-resistance, it can be used as strain-sensing elements in structural health monitoring. Some typical glass-epoxy experimental specimens embedded with superelastic wires were fabricated and detailed testing systems were designed. Structural impact response monitoring technology of composite materials based on NiTi superelastic nature was researched. Low velocity impact tests show that NiTi superelastic wires embedded in laminate can be well used to monitor the impact responses, such as impact position, impact degree, and strain distribution. Experimental results and theoretical analyses show almost no difference.
