红豆草胚和胚乳的发育

摘要 红豆草的合子横分裂,其顶细胞和基细胞均纵分裂;基细胞分裂形成由4—6层多列细胞组成的小胚柄,基细胞衍生的细胞不参与胚胎建成,胚的发育属于柳叶菜型.核型胚乳.胚开始分化时,其附近密集的胚乳核开始形成细胞,但胚囊中下部分布在周围细胞质中的游离核始终不形成细胞,是为胚乳吸器.胚乳发育的奇特之处是在合点端形成多核的胚乳细胞质团.此结构在原胚早期出现,含有浓厚的细胞质,外观呈扁球形,轮廓清晰;后期细胞质液泡化,种子快成熟时才完全消失.胚乳细胞质团追接胚乳吸器和外侧的珠心组织,它可能是胚乳吸器一个活跃的功能单位. Both the apical and basal cells of sainfoin(Onobrychis viciaefoliaScop.)divided vertically,and a small suspensor composed of 4—6 layermultiseriate cells was formed from the basal cell division,which were notinvolved in embryo constitution,and the embryogeny conformed to theOnagrad type.The endosperm development followed nuclear pattern.At the begin-ning of embryo differentiation,endosperm nuclei near the embryo wereformed into cells,however,the free endosperm nuclei in told-low part ofembryo sac were never found to form cell walls,and this part was re-garded as haustorium.The most surprising characteristic of sainfoin endosperm was that mul-tinuclear endosperm cytoplasmic mass was formed at the chalazal end,it seemed to be oblate with clear outline,and didn't disappear until theseed nearly matured.This mass,which connected the haustorium with nu-cellus was likely to be as an active functional unit of haustorium.
