苹果花托中生长调节物质的变化及其在果实形成中的作用

摘要 本实验结果表明,授粉三天后苹果花托中的生长促进物质活性比未授粉的增加10倍多,而生长抑制物水平明显减低;授粉七天后的花托继续保持较高的生长促进物活性和低的抑制物水平,但未授粉的花托中抑制物质水平显著增加,促进物质活性几乎全部消失.用苹果花托中提取的类 GA 物质处理未授粉茄子子房,同 GA 一样明显促进子房的发育;而提取的生长抑制物处理已授粉的茄子,子房基本上停止了生长,据此讨论了生长调节物质在子房发育中的调控作用. The results of the experiment showed that the activity of growth substances in pollinated receptacle increased 10 times higher than nonpolli-nated receptacle 3 days after pollination,but the level of growth-inhibi-ting substances in pollinated receptacle decreased obviousty.Seven daysafter pollination the pollinated receptacle still contained higher levelgrowth-stimulating substances and lower growth-inhiting substances.How-ever,the growth-inhibitign substances increased dramatically and therewere very little growth-stimuling substances in nonpollinatcd receptacle.The extracted stimulating substances also caused nonpollinated ovary ofeggplant to develop if the ovary was treated with GA-like substances ex-tracted from apple receptacle or with GA.The growth of pollinated ovaryslowed dawn after treatement with growth-inhibiting substances extr-eacted from apple receptacle.Based on thesc results,the regulated effectsof endogenous growth substances on the development of ovary wasdis-cussed.
