摘要
船体中垂及中拱弯曲变形会使沿船体纵向布置的齿轮座中心距产生增减。研究表明 ,正是由于这种中心距增减而引起的齿轮倾轧 ,不仅会导致齿轮发热、产生噪音及振动 ,而且还会降低齿轮、齿轮轴以及轴承的疲劳寿命和增加能耗等。本文推导了一项适用于沿船体纵向布置的齿轮座的中心距补偿公式。沿船体纵向布置齿轮座时 ,若采用本文推荐的中心距补偿公式确定支座中心距 。
Ship hull's sagging and hogging may cause center distance increasing or reducing to longitudinally disposed gear housing. The research indicates that it is just such deformation and center distance changing gives rise not only to gears hot, noise and vibration, but also result in higher energy consuming and lower fatigue life to the gears, gear shaft and bearing. The paper calculates the center distance compensation equation, which can be used for the longitudinally disposed gear housing, to decide the center distance for the gears disposed longitudinally onboard. It can pretect the longitudinally disposed gears from the effects caused by changing of center distance of gear housing which is in turn resulted from hull deformation.
