摘要
本文研究了45~#钢激光铬合金化工艺中工艺参数(湟层厚度、激光扫描速度)与合金化层的各种参数(深度、硬度、成分及其均匀性等)之间的关系,分析了合金层的形貌,讨论了合金层与基体的结合方式.经过大量测试,找出了决定合金层硬度的主要原因.还对合金层进行了耐磨损试验,为该工艺的实用化提供了初步资料.
In this paper in accordance with laser surface alloying chromium on45~# steel,the relationship between processing parameters(coating thick-nesses,laser scan rates)and every parameter of alloyed layers(layerdepths,hardnesses,contents of alloying element and its uniformity,etc.)was investigated.The morphology of alloyed layers and the joint betweenalloyed layers and substrate were analysed.Through a lot of measurements,the main cause responsible for the hardening of alloyed layers was found.Inaddition,the wear resistant test of alloyed layers was mad,which pro-vided preliminary data for application.
