摘要
盆栽条件下,在灭菌土中施P肥(80mg/kg土)和施K肥(160mg/kg土)均显普降低湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis)菌根(Glomus versi fome)的侵染,减少菌根对Zn和Fe的吸收,不影响菌根促进植株生长。施P肥比施K肥显著提高植株地上部P、Zn、Cu、Mn、叶绿素含量和T/R;在不灭菌土中施P肥能提高植椿的P含量,但减少丛枝着生率、根上菌丝着生位数和植侏地上部Zn的含量。施K肥显著增强菌根对Cu、Mn、Zn和Fe的吸收,但降低地上部Zn的含量;施P、K肥对叶绿素含量和植株生长均无显著影响。
The results of pot experiments showed that the application of P (80mg P/kg soil)and K(160mgK/kg soil)fertilizer in sterilized soil reduced mycorrhizal (Glomus versifome) colonization of apple (Malus hupehensis)seedlings, and Zn, Fe uptake significantly; and did not influence the effectiveness of mycorrhizal enhancing plant growth. The treatment with P added had higher P, Zn, Cu, Mn in top, leaf chlorophyll concentration and T/R than that of with K added. P-fertilization in nonsterlized soil increased P concentration in the plant, but reduced the percentage of the arb useule in roots, the points connedted with roots, and Zn concentrationin the top. K-fertilization in nonsterilized soil inforced the capacity of mycorr hiza absorbing Cu, Mn, Zn, and Fe, but educed the concentration of Zn in the top. P-and K-fertilizationhad litteeffect on the teaf chlorophyllcontent and growth of the plant.
