摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒对睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法 对17例睾丸扭转患者首先用二维超声显示双侧睾丸附睾形态、结构及内部回声,再用彩色多普勒观察血供状况,所有病例经手术病理证实。结果 16例患侧睾丸血流减少或消失,超声诊断睾丸扭转结果正确;1例未见血流减少,超声误诊为睾丸血肿。结论 彩色多普勒诊断睾丸扭转有很高的敏感性和特异性,简便无创,应作为诊断睾丸扭转的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods Sev enteen patients with suspected testicular torsion were examined by 2D ultrasound first to display the morphological changes and the internal echoes of testis and epididymis, then by CDFI to observe the blood perfusion of testis. The results were compared with those of operation and pathology. Results Sixteen patients with no or reduced testicular blood flow were accurately diagnosed as testicular torsion by ultrasound. One patient with normal blood flow in testis was misdiagnosed as testieular hematoma. Conclusions CDFI is a sensitive and specific method in diagnosing testicular torsion and should be the first choice imaging examination.
