摘要
选择5种比色测定血红蛋白的方法。从λmax的稳定性、批内差、准确度和呈色的稳定性等方面作了比较实验。结果表明,NBX—Hb法较为理想,SDS—Hb法次之,Sanli′s法和碱化法应该淘汰。
Five methods of haemoglobin (Hb) measurement selected were experimentally compared on the aspects of λmax stability, color metric difference, degree of accuracy and coloration stability the results indicated that NBX—Hb was the best one, SDS—Hb next, and the two methods of Sanli and alkalization should be discarded.
