摘要
对花生栽培种(A.hypogaea L.)四大类型的16个品种萌发后不同日数的子叶酯酶同功酶进行了研究。结果表明,在发芽过程中,除多粒型的文登小粒红外,其余15个品种间子叶酯酶同功酶的主酶带无差异;次酶带在类型间、品种间均有差异;类型间、品种间子叶酯酶同功酶有着明显不同的消长规律。酶带出现的高峰期是发芽的第9天,最多同时出现19条酶带,最少时15条,发芽全过程共出现23条酶带。花生的早熟性似与某些酶带出现和消失的早晚有关。
Studies on the lipase isoenzyme in cotyledons of 16 varieties from four types of peanut (A. hypogaea L.)at different days of germination were carried out with following results: during the germination there were no difference for the main enzymic hands of the lipase isoenzme in cotyledons of 15 varieties with the exception of Wendeng Xiaolihong, a variety of valencia type, but there was difference for the secondary enzymic bands among the types and varielies of each type; the patiern of growth and decline of the lipase isoenzyme in cotyledons was obviously different among the types and varieties. at the ninth day of germination, the peak of enzymic bands appeared with the maximum of 19 and the minimum of 15 enzymic bands at the same; there were 23 bands appeared during the whole germination. It seemed that the early-maturing property of peanut to the time of appearance and disappearance of some enzymic bands.
