摘要
利用栽培花生中3个类型各一分品种种子的胚根、胚轴、胚芽、子叶等外植体进行愈伤组织的诱导和分化。结果表明:所有的外植体均能产生愈伤组织。除胚根外,其它3种外植体的愈伤组织均能分化出不定芽,尤以胚芽的愈伤组织分化能力为最强。用MS+2mg/1NAA+1mg/1 6-BA+2mg/1 2.4-D与MS+1mg/1 NAA+3mg/1 6-BA培养基配合使用。3个品种分化有效值平均为3.65,高者达5.3。幻苗在MS+0.4mg/l IBA培养基上能产生正常的根,长成健壮的再生植株。
Four different mature embryo segments, namely embryobud. embryoaxis embryo-root and cotyledon from three peanut cultivars representingthree types respectively, were cultured for callus induction and plant regeneration. The results showed that all the explants could produce calli on callus-inducing medium (MS+2mg/1 NAA+1mg/1 6-ba+2mg/1 2,4-D). Except the callus of embryo root, all the other three calli could differenciate into adventitiousbuds of which the callus differenciation ability of embryo bud was the strougest one. Whith the culture medium of MS+2mg/1 NAA+1mg/1 6-BA+2mg/1 2,4-Dplus theculture medium of MS+1mg/1 NAA+3mg/1 6-BA, the average differenciation value of the three cultivars was3.65 with the highest being 5.3.The young plants could produce normal roots and grow up into healthy regenerated plants.
