摘要
分析了短路液桥的重力、表面张力、电磁收缩力、气体爆破力、粘滞力的特点及其对短路过渡过程的影响。指出表面张力和电磁收缩力是短路过渡过程中的主要作用力,短路液桥的建立、失稳及破断等物理现象与表面张力和电磁收缩力密切相关。一般情况下,表面张力促进熔滴过渡,电磁收缩力对熔滴过渡的影响则与短路液桥的形态有关。
This paper analyzes that the characteristics of several forces such as surface tension,electromagnetic pinch,gravitation and viscosity etc.act on short circuit liquid bridge.It points out that the two former are the main forces to make droplet transfer which have close relation with formation,destabilization and break-up of short circuit liquid bridge.Generally,surface tension constantly promotes droplet transfer,but the action of electromagnetic pinch force is associated with the shape of short circuit liquid bridge.
